THE POSITION
* Lead and manage a high-performing team to achieve business goals.
* Develop and implement exciting food concepts that attract and retain customers.
* Market and promote the new café and future outlets to ensure commercial success.
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
* Drive growth and profitability through innovative strategies and excellent management.
THE PERSON
* Proven experience in managing (leased) retail spaces, successfully.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
* Commercially savvy with a go-getter attitude.
* Experience in developing and marketing food concepts.
* Excellent organisational and project management skills.
* Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
* Solid understanding of all food safety related requirements.
