Description:
The Graduate Program provides a structured development pathway for high-potential graduates to gain hands-on experience across banana farm operations, pack-shed processes, logistics, maintenance, WHS, finance, and leadership. Graduates will rotate through key areas of the business, building technical, commercial, and leadership skills to prepare for future operational and management roles.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Monitor crop growth, plant health, and field conditions, supporting irrigation, fertiliser, pest, disease, and harvest activities.
Assist with harvesting operations and the use of machinery to optimise yield and quality.
Support pack-shed operations including washing, grading, packing, labelling, and quality control to meet customer specifications.
Manage post-harvest handling, storage, cold-chain integrity, traceability, and compliance requirements.
Collect, record, and analyse operational and performance data to support continuous improvement and business KPIs.
Coordinate product movement from field to pack-shed and dispatch, supporting logistics planning and operational flow.
Assist with maintenance of machinery, equipment, and infrastructure across field and pack-shed operations.
Follow and promote Work Health & Safety requirements, participating in hazard identification, training, and compliance activities.
Support cost monitoring, budgeting, and productivity initiatives to improve efficiency and profitability.
Collaborate with field, pack-shed, logistics, and management teams, contributing to leadership, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills and Experiences:
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Horticulture, or related field, (preferred not required)
Skills and Experince:
* Basic computer skills, email, word, excel.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work across teams and adapt to different operational environments.
* Interest in pursuing a long-term career in agricultural operations and farm management.
