A reputable government-affiliated organisation is seeking an experienced Intel Analyst to support operational decision-making and compliance outcomes. Due to increased organisational demands, they are now expanding their intelligence capability and require a skilled professional to join their high-performing team. Your new role
As the Intel Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, assessing, and interpreting information from multiple internal and external sources to produce actionable intelligence. You will identify emerging risks, trends, and priority targets, supporting investigations, field operations, and strategic planning. The role includes developing clear intelligence reports, maintaining secure knowledge repositories, collaborating with internal stakeholders and partner agencies, and utilising advanced data tools to manage and analyse large datasets. This role may also involve guiding and supporting a Compliance Data Officer.
What you'll need to succeed
* To be successful, you will bring advanced skills in intelligence collection, evaluation, structured and unstructured data analysis, and industry monitoring.
* You must be able to translate raw data into clear insights, produce high‑quality written intelligence products, and brief operational leaders effectively.
* Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, adaptability, and problem‑solving skills are essential.
* You will need experience using intelligence platforms, link analysis tools, and visualisation systems such as Power BI, Analyst Notebook, or mapping tools.
* Knowledge and records management capability, along with the ability to operate confidently in dynamic, uncertain environments, is also required.
