Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Engineer / Technician, based in Albury, NSW.
The role involves providing technical support, performing maintenance and repair work, and troubleshooting for document and imaging equipment.
The technician will conduct field services, including installation, diagnostics, and repair.
Excellent communication with clients to resolve technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction will be a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
Strong skills in troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Experience in providing field service, including on-site visits for equipment maintenance and repair.
Technical support expertise to assist customers in resolving issues both remotely and in person.
Proficiency in maintenance & repair of scanning and imaging devices.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
Relevant technical certifications or a background in engineering, electronics, or a related field is beneficial.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience in document scanning technologies, IT, photographic or similar industries is a plus.
