If you're someone who can work autonomously but thrives in a strong team rhythm — you're our kind of person.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and execute marketing campaigns across email, landing pages, events, webinars, paid and organic channels (ideal specialisation in paid ad channels across LinkedIn and Google)Create and QA content and assets in platforms like HubSpot, Canva, and CMS toolsMonitor campaign performance and recommend optimisation ideas with initiativeTrack tasks, meet deadlines, and keep everything moving — no handholding neededWork closely with the Operations Manager and Marketing Coordinator to execute client strategy with excellenceYou’ll Thrive Here If You...Have experience in a marketing agency or B2B environment (bonus if in tech or SaaS)Can write and edit copy, proofread, and understand what “good” looks like when it comes to strong conversionHave a working knowledge of tools like HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, WordPress, and Canva (Hubspot is highly favoured)Are confident with marketing workflows and know how to troubleshoot the basicsLove to learn and upskill fast — self-teaching doesn’t scare youThink fast, move faster, and still never miss a detailOwn your outcomes — you don’t wait to be told twiceWhat Success Looks Like80%+ of your campaigns hit or exceed ROI targets95% of tasks are delivered on time, with
