Our emphasis is on an inclusive environment where children feel like they belong and are encouraged to play, discover and learn.
The centre provides a nurturing environment for children and their families through a program that fosters the children's independence and encourages parent involvement.
Roles
We are seeking highly motivated and inspiring Early Childhood Educators who are passionate about early learning and share our vision as we prepare for the **** year.
Qualifications & experience
Certificate III or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
Current Blue Card
Current First Aid Certificate, Anaphylaxis and Asthma management training
Australian work rights are required for this position
Tasks & responsibilities
Provide high-quality care for the children.
Implement a quality age appropriate program in conjunction with other staff.
To share with parents in the development of their children.
To assist in care duties as required with all children at the Centre.
Communicate effectively with children, families and co-workers.
Be able to work within the Early Years learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF).
Must be able to work well autonomously but also collaboratively as part of a team.
