We are currently seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse toprovide care and support to our residents at Bethanie Waters AgedCare Home located in Port Kennedy.
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide hands‐on care toresidents while supporting a multi‐skilled team with a focus onlearning and safety.
This is a permanent part time role, and you will be available to work a range of morning and afternoon shifts from Monday to Thursday.

About You
* Currently registered with the Australian HealthPractitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an EnrolledNurse
* Previous experience in an aged care environment or withdementia care is an advantage, but is not essential
* Ability to work independently and professionally
* Ability to motivate staff and promote a positive workenvironment
* Strong written and verbal communication skills and abilityto confidently use clinical information systems
* Willingness to uphold the Mission, Vision and Values of TheBethanie Group
* Willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or National PoliceClearance (or willingness to apply for one)
The Role
* Carrying out personal care plans in consultation with andunder the supervision of a Registered Nurse
* Consulting with a Registered Nurse in planning care on ashift basis
* Assisting in assessing residents and ensuring alldocumentation is up to date and in accordance with companyrequirements
* Contributing to the physical, emotional and lifestyle needsand wants of residents
* Communicating effectively with a variety of stakeholdersand contributing to teamwork within the workplace
* Participating in ongoing learning and development, bothindividually and as part of a larger team
