We're looking for a motivated Parabroker / Credit Analyst to join a high-performing, family-style brokerage team. This is a hands-on role where you'll be supporting brokers end-to-end across residential lending, with a clear pathway into a full broker position over time.

What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting brokers with loan applications from enquiry through to settlement
* Reviewing client documents and preparing submission packs
* Working through credit scenarios and structuring support
* Liaising with lenders, clients, and internal support teams
* Managing timelines, follow-ups, and maintaining a smooth deal flow
What We're Looking For
* Experience in home lending, credit, or a lending support role (banking background highly regarded)
* Strong understanding of the lending process end-to-end
* Confident communication and good attention to detail
* Someone hungry, coachable, and genuinely excited to become a broker in the future
* A team-first attitude and good energy
