The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Senior Project Architect to join our growing team. This is a leadership role suited to a registered architect with 5–10 years of experience, who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about design excellence and project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple architectural projects from concept to completion
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to studio development
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and directors
- Oversee site coordination and administration
- Ensure high-quality documentation and detailing
Qualifications / Skills & Experience
- Registered Architect with 5–10 years of skilled experience
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCad
- Solid understanding of NCC, planning regulations, and construction methodology
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in residential and multi-residential projects
- Positive, professional attitude and collaborative mindset
