About the Role This position sits within the Office of the CEO of a national industry body, supporting the Chief of Staff across strategic, operational and stakeholder priorities. This is not a traditional administrative or Executive Assistant role. It sits closer to executive briefing and drafting high level communications, such as grant applications, proposals and boarding reporting, with a strong focus on preparing high-quality outputs and supporting the flow of priorities across the Office of the CEO. You will work closely with the Chief of Staff and CEO, forming a trusted working partnership within the Office of the CEO. The environment is professional, engaged and collaborative, with a strong emphasis on communication, trust and working closely together day-to-day.
