Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and reliable Painter and Decorator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and finishing to a high standard on various projects throughout Perth. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, filling, and priming
* Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to surfaces
* Repair and maintain interior and exterior surfaces
* Work with a variety of materials and tools to achieve desired finishes
* Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure project specifications are met
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a painter and decorator
* Experience in both residential and commercial painting and decorating projects is required
* Strong knowledge of painting techniques and materials
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* White Card (Construction Induction Training)
* Minimum 3-5 years of painting and decorating experience required
* Any valid Australian work visa is required for this position
