Toll Group is looking for an experienced Storeperson in Edinburgh, SA locations.
The Store Person Grade 2 has proven and demonstrated skills (including as appropriate, appropriate certification) to the level required of this grade and is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of specific site for DWDSS operations. This position provides crucial support to the efficient operation of warehousing activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching Defence equipment, supplies, and materials.
Working under the supervision of the Team Leader, the Store Person Grade 2 ensures that all tasks are performed in compliance with DWDSS contractual requirements, Defence regulations, safety protocols, and operational standards. The role requires a strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.

* Possess sound interpersonal and communication skills.
* Representative tasks at this level may include:
* Licensed operation of all appropriate materials handling equipment (e.g., forklifts).
* Use of tools and equipment within the warehouse (basic non-trades maintenance).
* Operate computer terminals at a level higher than a Storeworker grade 2 (e.g., run and action reports, raise and maintain DRs/MR's/EME fixes).
Primary Responsibilities and Decisions / Level of Authority
* Support DWDSS contract from a site operational warehouse perspective.
* Attend site meetings as required.
* Commit to maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to WHS standards.
Prerequisites
To succeed in this role, it is expected that you will have:
Knowledge / Experience
* Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or similar operational environment is desirable, though not essential for this entry-level position.
* Must be an Australian Citizen and eligible for (and maintain) an Australian AGSVA Defence Security Clearance.

* Physical fitness: The role involves manual handling, lifting, and carrying of materials.
Qualifications – Education and/or Professional
* Valid forklift license (if required), or willingness to obtain one.
* Driver's Licence Car (C).
* Security clearance of personnel engaged in the planning and delivery of Services in relation to:
* Defence Logistics Network strategic planning – Negative Vetting 2;
* SPA – Negative Vetting 1;
* Armoury, Weapons or Controlled Repair Parts – Negative Vetting 1; and
* For all other personnel routinely engaged in the planning and delivery of Services on a Site – Baseline.
