Community Engagement Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Community Engagement Manager to lead whole-of-government engagement initiatives and improve how the ACT Government connects with the Canberra community.
About This Role
This role involves implementing a refreshed engagement framework, supporting strategic projects, and delivering engagement governance across government.
Key Responsibilities
* Liaise with stakeholders to develop effective engagement strategies
* Maintain relationships with key partners and external agencies
* Contribute to the development of engaging content and materials
* Monitor and evaluate the success of engagement initiatives
Requirements
The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience in community engagement, communications, and government processes.
* Tertiary qualifications in Engagement, Communications or a related field
* Accreditation with the International Association of Public Participation (IAP2)
What We Offer
This is a temporary position available immediately for a period of 12 months with the possibility of permanency.
