**The Role**:
Best & less has available positions for **Casual Team Members** both weekends and Thursday nights to join the passionate and supportive team based at our Broadmeadows VIC team.
As an integral member of the Broadmeadows 'Bestie' team, you will be supported by a team who are genuinely interested in your success, have a 'down to earth' approach, are passionate about our product and genuinely enjoy working together!
**Your day will consist of**:
- Creating a passionate & unique shopping experience for our customers
- Together with your team, create the 'Bestie' culture in store
- Bringing the 'Bestie' culture to life through an environment of fun & teamwork
- Drive for results, exceeding sales & profit for the store
- Ensure the sales floor is fully merchandised and replenished
- Create a VM presentation of the store from door to floor
- Ensure the store is tidy and well presented
**About you**:
- Passionate about the customer experience
- Have a positive attitude - we can teach the rest!
- A willingness to learn and develop
- Available to work Weekends and Late Nights if required
- Desire to develop your career in retail
