Aus-Precast Pty Ltd is seeking a highly organised and motivated Administrative Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our growing business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working across multiple areas of a company to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently.
About the Role
You will play a key role in managing core business functions including financial administration, customer service, coordination of staff and vendors, and general office operations. Your contribution will directly support productivity, business growth, and a well-structured workplace.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage daily operations to ensure workflows remain efficient and organised
2. Track finances including budgeting, invoicing, and expense management
(MYOB experience highly desired)
3. Support customer relations through communication, scheduling, and service coordination
4. Maintain accurate records and documentation
5. Coordinate with staff, suppliers, and contractors
6. Assist with marketing and sales tasks (e.g. social media updates, customer outreach)
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant requirements
About You
* Minimum Year 12 completion required
* 5 years administration experience
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* Proficient in administrative systems and financial tracking
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Highly desirable: office/administration experience within the mining industry
