We need Care workers to support aged care residents across Singleton, Newcastle & the Hunter Region.
Jessie Cares is looking for compassionate and reliable Care Support Workers to join our casual pool, primarily based in Singleton, with flexibility to work across facilities in the Newcastle & Hunter region. About the Role
As a Care Support Worker, you will:
* Provide personal care, hygiene assistance, mobility support, and mealtime assistance
* Offer companionship, emotional support, and help promote residents' independence
* Support facility staff with day-to-day care routines
* Follow resident care plans and complete required documentation
* Deliver safe, person-centred, and respectful care at all times
What We're Looking For
* Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing/Disability) or equivalent
* Experience working in residential aged care (preferred but not essential)
* Flexibility to work across multiple facilities throughout Singleton, Newcastle, and the Hunter
* Strong weekday morning and afternoon availability
* Current First Aid & CPR, Manual Handling & Infection Control
* Police Check (issued within the last 12 months)
