The Role
Retail Team Leaders demonstrate their emerging leadership abilities, particularly in creating appealing shopping experiences for customers and sharing knowledge with their team. It's a perfect opportunity to showcase exceptional merchandising and presentation skills.
* Display and enforce a safety culture to ensure your safety, and that of your teammates and customers.
* Prior experience working in large format retail stores, focusing on displays, planograms and promotions.
* Multitasking and prioritisation skills.
* Leadership abilities (emerging or established) and ambition.
* Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday, or as discussed with Manager.
* Possess a valid driver's licence (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time-to-time.
* Passion for the automotive industry and products.
