In this role, you will:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, workplaces, and key stakeholders.
* Organise and lead campaigns to improve working conditions and negotiate enterprise agreements.
* Represent members in discussions, meetings, and negotiations with employers.
* Identify opportunities to grow membership and support the union's objectives.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to drive initiatives and achieve strategic goals.
