Support Workers will play a vital part in enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities, promoting community integration, and advocating for their rights and needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering personalised care and support to clients with disabilities.
* Assisting clients in daily living activities such as personal care, mobility, and skill development.
* Promoting community engagement and supporting clients in accessing social and recreational activities.
* Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised support plans.
* Empowering clients to achieve their personal goals and encouraging independence.
To be successful in this role, you will require a Certificate III in Community Services or equivalent, 6 months experience, and a high level of fitness for manual handling. You will also need to have flexibility to work across a rotating roster including sleepovers, active nights, weekends, and public holidays.
