Wellbeing Services delivers psychological, psychosocial and pastoral support across a stepped-care model for the NTPF and NTFES workforce.
This Darwin-based role provides clinical services across the Greater Darwin region and supports regional and remote locations as required. The position delivers routine wellbeing screening, early intervention, crisis response and critical incident support. You will work closely with psychologists, social workers, occupational rehabilitation advisors, chaplains and peer supporters to ensure coordinated, evidence-based wellbeing support is available to NTPF and NTFES workers across the Territory.
The role participates in the 24/7 wellbeing response framework and offers exposure to a broad range of complex and rewarding clinical and operational work.
Who we're looking for
We are seeking a registered Psychologist (AHPRA) or a qualified Social Worker (AASW) with experience supporting people impacted by trauma, high-risk environments and complex psychosocial issues. Experience working in first-responder or domestic and family violence contexts is highly regarded.
