As a Production Supervisor at our Torrensville Operations site, you will play a critical role in ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient production outcomes. The role is hands‐on, combining strong operational oversight with accountability for team performance and safety.
What you will enjoy doing
* Guiding and motivating a multi‐skilled production team to deliver safe, reliable and efficient operations
* Managing shift coverage and rosters to meet production plans and distribution schedules
* Driving a strong safety culture through visible leadership, toolbox talks and proactive risk management
* Supporting and coaching Team Leaders to effectively coordinate day‐to‐day production activities
* Monitoring performance, production inputs and KPIs to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
* Developing your team through effective onboarding, training and ongoing capability building
What makes you great
* Proven experience managing teams in a manufacturing, operations or industrial environment
* A strong safety mindset, with demonstrated experience in SHEQ compliance and incident management
* The ability to balance operational demands with people coaching
* Strong communication skills, with confidence influencing across teams and stakeholders
* A collaborative, customer‐focused approach with a track record of delivering results
* Experience driving change, continuous improvement and productivity initiatives
