At The Skin Hospital, we are committed to the advancing the treatment and cures for skin diseases and have an internationally recognised Research and Clinical Trials team who are at the forefront of their field.About The RoleThe primary objective of this role is to provide a high standard of customer service by focusing on supporting The Skin Hospital’s patients, doctors, and nurses. As the first point of customer contact, the position is seen as critical in establishing a professional image and improving the reputation of The Skin Hospital. A customer’s first and last impression will be evaluated on the experience of each visit to The Skin Hospital.This exciting position is the face of The Skin Hospital and is responsible for:Providing a warm welcome to all patients and visitors to The Skin HospitalMaking patient appointments, provision of fee information and meeting patient’s service needs on the telephoneAccurate patient billing and daily banking reconciliationWhat We Are Looking ForTo be successful, ideally your experience will have been gained in the health sector, including:Hospital or busy medical practice front desk/receptionProcessing payments using a billing systemAnswering phone calls and resolving issuesAbility to work autonomouslyEnsuring a smooth clinic flow of patientsWe are looking for an experienced medical receptionist with a genuine caring disposition.
