**Key Responsibilities**:
- Install, repair, and replace a wide variety of locking mechanisms, including deadbolts, electronic locks, and door hardware.
- Perform lock picking and emergency unlocking of doors.
- Rekey locks for residential, commercial, and government properties.
- Conduct security assessments and recommend appropriate locking solutions.
- Cut and duplicate keys.
- Maintain and repair door hardware such as hinges, closers, and panic bars.
- Work on-site at various locations to troubleshoot and resolve lock and security issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Qualified locksmith with certification.
- Expertise in lock picking, installation, and rekeying.
- Experience with residential, commercial, and government security systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to job sites across Sydney.
