About the role:

You’ll be embedded within the Corporate Services Division and take part in structured rotations across key portfolios.

The Corporate Services Division underpins the organisation with the essential functions and trusted expertise that enable Council to deliver quality outcomes for our community. Home to our Financial Services, Information Services, People and Culture, Governance and Risk, and Strategic Procurement portfolios, the Division ensures that Council is financially sustainable, technologically innovative, operationally efficient, and strategically aligned.

You will contribute to real projects aligned with your field of study, organisational priorities, and community outcomes. The structure is flexible, allowing each graduate’s journey to reflect their interests, capabilities, and the evolving needs of the organisation.

This immersive approach ensures you develop a deep understanding of local government operations while building the skills and confidence to grow a successful and impactful career.

About You:

We are seeking a progressive and well-rounded individual to join our team. If you are excited by the opportunity to use your analytical mind to enable innovation in a diverse organisation with real people, we want to hear from you. Plus, you will have:

- Have successfully completed a tertiary qualification aligned with the graduate program stream

The Detail:

A graduate employee will enjoy:

- A full-time, fixed-term contract for a period of two years
- Starting salary from $83,707.85 per annum + Superannuation + Annual Leave Loading, including personal leave and annual leave too
