No two days are the same in the role of a Club Manager but some of your responsibilities will include;Lead the Team: Inspire, manage, and build your fitness team which will consist of Personal Trainers and an Exercise Physiologist.Create a Buzz: Plan and promote exciting events, challenges, and community activities that keep our members engaged and coming back for more.Ensure Smooth Operations: Keep the gym running like a well-oiled machine, from scheduling to maintenance through to maintaining a slick member management system.Member Magic: Cultivate a welcoming, supportive environment where every member feels like a VIP.Best in class: Ensure the Club upholds the brand standards and expectations including safety, stock management, equipment standards and cleanliness.Performance Power: Monitor and boost membership sales, retention rates, and overall club performance.We're looking for a special person to run our BRAND NEW club in Mount Duneed.
