This role presents a captivating career opportunity for an Aboriginal Psychologist to work with young individuals who have offended within the Community and Custody setting, providing therapeutic services or programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Undertake comprehensive psychological assessments, develop tailored interventions, and deliver targeted therapeutic services or programs to young individuals who offend, including those who sexually offend.
* Create holistic treatment plans that cater to the needs of young individuals, their families, and community, ensuring a collaborative approach.
* Assist in formulating and reviewing individual Risk - Needs - Responsivity based case plans for the management and supervision of young individuals on remand or sentenced to a custodial or community order.
* Foster respectful and collaborative relationships with Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations.
