**About The Opportunity**

The Clinical Applications Support and Training Manager leads a team of Trainers who train and support Clinical Applications across SWSLHD. This role is suitable for someone passionate about transforming the experiences of patients and clinicians through Digital Health and who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. 
South Western Sydney Local Health District is recruiting for a Health Manager Level 4 to complement and enhance the current Digital Health Department.

**What you'll be doing** 
The primary purpose of the Clinical Systems Training Manager is to provide leadership and manage the clinical system training team on a day to day basis. As the key point of contact and liaison between ICT and the South Western Sydney LHD clinicians and stakeholders, this position is responsible for all communications distributed by the clinical support and training portfolio including user training documentation and consulting with end users as required.

**How to Apply** 
- Relevant qualifications and/or extensive experience in the education field including the development and provision of adult education and training services in a complex environment, in addition to relevant tertiary education qualifications and or demonstrated equivalent professional experience. 
- Extensive experience in managing stakeholder relationships with proven extensive experience in delivering an excellent customer experience and ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders, build positive and successful working relationships to ensure strong clinical engagement 
- Demonstrated initiative and project management ability to undertake complex tasks concurrently, performed with minimum supervision and with time constraints, with a strong customer service orientation. 
- Demonstrated conceptual and innovative problem solving skills for managing conflicting priorities and developing, implementing and monitoring recommendations and advice on policies, strategies and solutions across complex areas 
- Ability and willingness to travel within the South Western Sydney Local Health District. Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
