Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Maintaining relationships with community members, service providers, and other stakeholders.
* Collaborating across departments to improve service delivery in underserved areas.
* Promoting cultural awareness and understanding within the team.
About You
To succeed in this role, you should have strong qualifications or experience in Social Work, Human Services, or Community Development. Additionally, you will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to engage effectively with diverse groups; high level of computer literacy; capacity to manage data/report writing efficiently; NT Driver's Licence (or willingness obtain); & proficiency working autonomously/team environment).
