Are you passionate about plants and people? We're seeking a Sales Administrator to support a busy horticulture/greenlife operation and help deliver exceptional customer experiences.
What you'll do
* Support daily sales operations and general administration
* Provide outstanding service to retail and/or wholesale customers
* Coordinate orders, deliveries, and client follow-ups
* Maintain accurate records and assist with inventory updates
* Work closely with production/dispatch teams to deliver on client needs
What we're looking for
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactive, organised, and detail-focused approach
* Experience in customer service or sales administration (horticulture or similar preferred)
* Comfortable using POS/CRM or order-management systems
* A genuine interest in plants and the greenlife sector
* A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
* Social media and email marketing experience is preferred but not essential
