Little Collins Cafe is seeking an energetic and professional dishwasher and kitchen hand.
we are a bustling business park cafe operating Monday to Friday days only
Roles and responsibilities include
* Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes, and preps foods as needed. Keeps dish area free of clutter and organized.
* Sets up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks.
* Properly washes, stacks, and stores china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers.
* Maintains trash cans throughout shift and removes full trashcans and boxes at the end of each shift.
* Follows the posted daily dish cleaning duties.
* Assists in food prep and any other duties set forth or requested by the chef as needed.
minimum experience required, must be able to demonstrate the abovementiond skills

* Notting Hill VIC 3168: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
* Dishwashing and/or kitchen hand: 1 year (Preferred)
