About PR Migration
As a PR Migration Team Member/Agent, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their immigration needs. You will provide guidance and support throughout the application process, ensuring compliance with relevant immigration laws and regulations. Your expertise and commitment will help our clients achieve their immigration goals. Providing excellent support to the Senior Agent and team requirements is also part of your responsibilities.
The team and business are young and dynamic, operating in a fast-paced environment with a corporate client portfolio. The role requires client interaction via phone and online meetings, with high-level communication skills at the corporate level.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Document Preparation: Assist clients in gathering and preparing necessary documentation for their immigration applications, such as visa applications, work permits, and residence permits. Our focus is mainly on visas 482, 186, Partner, 407, and 400, with a very corporate-focused workload.
2. Application Submission: Prepare and draft immigration applications for relevant government authorities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to all legal requirements, including Skills Assessments. Mainly white-collar applications.
3. Case Management: Manage and monitor the progress of client cases, providing updates and guidance throughout the application process.
4. Research and Compliance: Stay up-to-date with immigration laws, policies, and regulations, ensuring all applications comply with current requirements. Research complex queries as needed.
5. Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing questions, concerns, and providing updates on case status.
6. Problem Solving: Address issues or challenges during the application process, offering solutions and support to clients.
7. Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
8. Team Tasks: Manage visa expiry dates and assist with ad hoc team tasks as required.
9. Job Board Management: Handle job board tasks, especially related to Labour Agreement requirements.
