You will need to:
- Have a minimum of Certificate III in Dental Assisting, Certificate IV a bonus
- Preferably have a minimum of 1-year dental assisting experience in private practice
- Be able to effectively communicate with people of all backgrounds and make them feel at ease
- Have a desire to grow within the practice and continually develop your skills
- Have a high level of attention to detail
- Be self-directed and be able to use your initiative
- Have an impeccable personal presentation
For the right applicant, we would also consider hiring a Trainee Dental Assistant if you are unqualified.
