Due to continued growth we have a position open for a full time person, of which their duties will be 50% warehouse/workshop based and 50% office based.
The Role:
* General Office & reception duties, managing office traffic, incoming calls ordering g stationery, amenities and uniforms.
* General administrative functions, coordinating meetings, agenda, minutes, travel arrangements, etc.
* Managing maintenance of equipment eg forklift, scissor lift, mechanics vehicles, etc.
* Assist in preparing and organising documents for audits and compliance purposes.
* Raising purchase orders and receipting.
* Manual hanlding freight, ranging from 1kg to 10kg.
* Organising freight deliveireis AUstralia wide to client's sites.
* Organising site inductdions for field personnel.
* Processing and authorising timehseets for submission to Payroll as back up to the Service Coordinator.
* Support Service Coordinator with Job Costing, Invoicing and Schedul;ing.
* Submit client invoices and other documentation into clients portals.
* Stock control ensuring items are avaialble inclduing quarantine bench.
* Complete gas counts and cylinder management.
Skills we need from you:
* A resume and cover letter outlining:
* Driver's licence,
* Forklift Licence (training will be provided and licence costs covered),
* Attention to detail,
* Strong communication skills,
* Ability to show initiative and work independently and also within a team,
* General WorkshopWarehouse experiencing, maintenance and Forklift operation (would be an advantage),
* A proactive approach and willingness to learn,
* Microsoft Office computer skills, on receipting items and raising purchase orders,
* Customer service skills,
* Ability to work with different cultures and
* A "Can Do" attitude.
