Digital Transformation Leader
The EPA is seeking an experienced professional to lead the agency's digital transformation agenda.
About the Role
The EPA has commissioned a Digital and ICT Strategy and Investment Roadmap, which provides the basis for a long-term program of work to improve the agency's digital and ICT capability. Key priorities include building the EPA's data management and analytics capability, including establishing data governance, recruiting specialist skills, conducting market research, and undertaking procurement for platform implementation services and technology.
The Digital Transformation Leader plays a pivotal role in ensuring the EPA transitions its systems, business processes, and people towards a data-driven decision-making culture supported by fit-for-purpose technology. This includes leading and delivering the transformation agenda, including procurement, change management, training, and risk management processes required for the effective delivery of EPA data and analytics capability.
The Director will manage vendor relationships and contractual deliverables and outcomes, while also working closely with industry, community, and government to protect the unique natural environment while supporting economic growth and improving wellbeing.
