Your New Role
We are seeking a Digital Manager to lead the development and delivery of Metro South Health's digital and online communications. In this role, you will:
Manage and mentor the web team to deliver high-quality digital platforms and services.
Design and implement innovative digital strategies, solutions and policies that support health service delivery.
Oversee website management, governance and usability using content management systems such as Squiz Matrix and Drupal.
Provide expert advice to senior leaders and manage projects and suppliers to ensure effective and user-focused outcomes.
About You
You are an experienced digital leader who thrives on collaboration, innovation and delivering real impact. You will bring:
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing digital communication strategies informed by user research.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a small team while promoting continuous learning.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and manage competing priorities.
Technical expertise across website design, usability, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, CMS platforms, and Microsoft 365 tools.

The Princess Alexandra Hospital (PAH) is a tertiary health care centre providing care in most major adult specialties. We provide world class health care to Brisbane City's southern suburbs across emergency, medical, mental health and surgical services, including liver and kidney transplant.
