Account Growth Specialist
Establish long-term customer relationships to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop account strategies and identify growth opportunities.
* Lead a talented team, fostering collaboration and guiding professional growth.
* Negotiate commercial agreements and contract renewals for mutually beneficial partnerships.
* Drive customer success, retention, and value delivery through regular reviews and performance analysis.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and through customer acquisition.
Requirements:
* A strong understanding of SaaS solutions and project delivery, maintenance, and support services.
* 8+ years' experience in account management, business development, or similar roles in a commercial environment.
* A proven track record of managing large accounts and driving meaningful revenue growth.
