Key Responsibilities:
* Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while fostering strong relationships with our valued clients.

* Team Leadership: Assess and optimise staff performance and workload to ensure maximum operational efficiency within the workshop.
* Insurance Liaise: Negotiate with insurance providers, while maintaining and strengthening partnerships.
* Estimate Preparation: Assist in developing accurate repair estimates for damaged vehicles.
* Parts Management: Oversee the procurement of parts to ensure seamless operations.
* Customer Relation: Provide a warm welcome to customers, effectively addressing their inquiries and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
* Invoicing Accuracy: Manage job invoicing and data entry with a strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
* Quality Assurance: Supervise vehicle handovers and maintain exceptional standards in all work areas and customer service spaces.

* Prestige Experience: Proven background in the Automotive Panel Industry (Prestige is preferred but not essential).
* Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with automotive quoting software like I Body.
