Project Administrator Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support our growing project delivery team.
This hands-on role will suit someone who thrives on structure, accuracy, and enabling projects to run smoothly from setup through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate day-to-day project administration to meet deadlines and compliance requirements
* Support timesheet collection, hours tracking, and capacity planning
* Assist with ERP project setup, variations, and data maintenance
* Process client purchase orders and close-out documentation
* Maintain project records and quality assurance documentation
* Upload timesheets and deliverables to client portals
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a project administration or coordination role (engineering or construction preferred)
* Strong understanding of project time allocation, cost tracking, and resource planning
* Experience with ERP or project management software (Primavera, Unifier, or similar highly regarded)
* High attention to detail and ability to prioritise multiple tasks
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A proactive mindset - you see problems early and solve them practically
