What we are looking for
The Senior Oracle Talent Management Functional Consultant will review talent-related processes, integrations, and configuration to assess alignment with business requirements and identify opportunities for optimisation and remediation.
The role will focus on recruitment, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, talent development, and associated integrations.
Responsibilities
* Review recruitment and onboarding processes and supporting integrations.
* Assess talent management configuration and business process design.
* Review performance management, succession planning, and talent review processes.
* Evaluate employee lifecycle touchpoints and user experience.
* Assess integration points between Oracle HCM and external talent applications.
* Review reported defects and enhancement requests.
* Identify configuration gaps and process improvement opportunities.
* Support development of remediation recommendations.
* Implement the functional fixes.
Qualification and Experience
* Extensive Oracle Talent Management implementation experience (10+ years)
* Strong understanding of recruiting and onboarding processes.
* Experience integrating Oracle HCM with external talent platforms.
* Ability to assess solution design against business requirements.
* Experience participating in solution reviews and optimisation initiatives.
