Refrigeration Technician / HVAC
$52.99 Per Hour + Penalties + Super + Retention Bonus

* Rotating Roster | AM / 1000 – 1800

THE POSITION
* Building Maintenance System (BMS) monitoring and reporting
* Conduct maintenance tasks including inspection, classification, repairs and planned works
* Provide mobile device workorders, updates and time estimates, including risk assessments.
* Actively manage and meet response times, rectification times and deadlines
* Fault finding, reactive maintenance and assisting other trades
THE PERSON
* Full Refrigerant Handling Licence, QBCC Occupational Mechanical Licence, Restricted Electrical Licence
* Be able to provide an up to date police check (no older than 3 months) on your commencement date
* Proven track record in maintenance, with experience in aged and or health care settings, advantageous
* A solid understanding of HVAC systems and BMS systems
* Hospital maintenance experience highly desirable
