Maintenance Manager – Fresco Cheese Co Pty LtdFresco is seeking a motivated hands on, all-round Maintenance Manager to coordinate and manage maintenance tasks.
We use Maintianx App to schedule and manage all site improvements, preventative maintenance and projects.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a wide array of maintenance and general trade activities.ResponsibilitiesPreventative Maintenance workCoordinate specialist trades to complete repairs and maintenance workSource and replace equipment spare parts as requiredManage an inventory of spare parts and tools (work shed with all tools are supplied)Conduct basic maintenance repairs such as replacing lights and locks, repairing doors, painting maintenance, removal of carpet and cabinetry, maintaining plant and equipmentBasic cool room doors and panel repairsWelding, equipment fabricationGeneral laboring and constructionComplete regular checklists and preventative maintenance schedulesGrounds maintenance including leaf blowing, mowing, brush cutting, weeding and pruningSome administrative work to fulfil the above dutiesThe position is full timeAbout youThe ideal candidate will be a motivated all-rounder who is fully qualified in a trade and has exposure to a wide variety of work, particularly in the food industry.Physically fitWilling to operate a range of tools and equipment to complete maintenance tasksProblem solving skills and the ability to think laterallyStrong planning and organisational skillsReliable and punctualDesirable but not essential: White cardDesirable but not essential: Work experience with a trade, trade qualifications or equivalent practical skillsWhat's in it for you?
