About the Role
In this role, you will work closely with our award-winning Sales Agent/Director and the wider sales team, supporting the day-to-day operations of the sales department. You will gain valuable exposure to all aspects of the sales process while assisting with open homes, client communication and sales administration.
Weekend work is an essential part of this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting the sales team with open homes, private inspections and auctions
* Managing phone and email enquiries from buyers
* Following up with prospective buyers after inspections
* Preparing and sending vendor reports
* Assisting with property marketing, including advertisements, videos and brochures
* Coordinating property launches and marketing campaigns
* Supporting the sales team with administration and documentation
* Providing general office and administrative support
