About the Role
The Lead Veterinarian will be responsible for leading clinical standards and mentoring a motivated team. This role involves managing complex medical cases, diagnostics & urgent care presentations, building strong and lasting client relationships, working across two consult rooms (optional consult nurse support), referring complex surgery to in-house or visiting surgeons, and partnering with the Practice Manager and wider leadership to drive clinical quality, growth, and team wellbeing.
