We are in need of Solutions Consultants who will work within Computershare Communication Services (CCS) a division of Computershare and a global provider of integrated communications solutions. CCS help companies connect with their customers and stakeholders through print, digital, and mobile delivery channels. Across the globe, CCS delivers 450 million mail packs, 87 million eCommunications and processes 75 million inbound transactions.
This is an exciting new opportunity for Solutions Consultants to provide pre-sales and technical support to our sales teams, namely through designing, articulating, and pricing bid-winning solutions from a suite of solution offerings.
**A role you will love**
Working with a supportive manager and an experienced team, this role involves workshop facilitation, proposal preparation, creation of presentations and sales collateral designs. You will also communicate best practices, guidelines and other processes that support an improved customer experience.
**Key responsibilities will include**:
- Influence the outcome of sales proposals through the design and articulation of customer specific solutions
- Complete financial models and pricing strategically so revenue and profit are maximised
- Become a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and external clients,
- Demonstrate innovation, and differentiating Computershare's solution capabilities
- Analyse legislative, customer and market needs to proactively contribute to our go-to-market strategy and technology roadmap through
- Contribute to the collection, documentation and analysis of business requirements and implementation decisions

- The ability to sense what is important and uncover clients' business needs and drivers
- Superior communication skills
- Demonstrated success building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Financial, presentation and written capabilities to contribute to pricing and sales proposals
- A flexible and can-do attitude combined with a collaborative approach
- Strong planning and time management skills
**Desired Skills**:
- Strong technical understanding of digitisation, business process automation and/or re-engineering solutions
- An understanding of the customer communications industry, ideally outbound communications
