We're looking for Senior Digital Graphic Designer who brings strong autonomy, a clear creative viewpoint, and the ability to deliver high impact digital work quickly. You'll lead end-to-end creative execution across campaigns, product mock-up's, content, and digital brand storytelling, including guidance across marketing videos and photography.
The ideal candidate pairs solid design foundations with innovative thinking and meticulous attention to detail. You embrace new tools (including AI), adapt quickly, and manage multiple projects confidently while maintaining brand consistency and quality.
What You'll Do
Design & Content
* Create high-quality digital assets: banners, social content, emails, website graphics.
* Produce and edit video content for social and advertising.
* Design landing pages and ad creatives for Meta, Google, TikTok.
* Deliver on-brand content that enhances the customer journey.
* Work across a wide range of design tasks and adapt quickly.
Strategy & Collaboration
* Partner with marketing to bring campaign ideas to life.
* Contribute fresh, trend-aware creative ideas.
* Support product development with concepts, mock-ups, and prototypes.
* Ensure consistent creative across product, brand, and marketing.
* Communicate clearly and manage fast turnarounds confidently.
Brand & Asset Management
* Maintain brand consistency across all outputs.
* Manage packaging, prototypes, and design assets.
* Keep digital libraries organised and up to date.
Data-Informed Design
* Use campaign insights to refine and improve creative.
* Produce visuals that drive engagement and conversion.
What You Bring
* Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or similar.
* Strong digital design experience with a portfolio to match.
* Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills + confidence with AI tools.
* Experience with Adobe, Canva, and digital ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok).
* Skilled in video editing, motion design, and photography direction.
* Understanding of UX/UI for web and mobile.
* Experience with prototypes, mock-ups, and product design support.
* Familiarity with email platforms (Dot Digital, Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
* Excellent communication and task management.
* Able to work fast, accurately, and confidently under pressure.
* Experience in eCommerce and interpreting creative briefs.
