The ideal candidate will have value-based sales experience, with a strong history of creating opportunities, closing deals, and building lasting customer relationships. They should also have knowledge of the beef industry, understanding its unique challenges and requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
* Prospecting and expansion: Sourcing new leads and opportunities through proactive outreach, referrals, industry events, and other channels.
* Hitting sales targets: Managing the full sales pipeline from lead generation through to close.
* Customer account management: Maintaining close relationships with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction, providing support, and addressing any challenges they face with our product.
In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with cross-functional teams to address challenges and drive solutions.
