Salary: $105,927 - $120,707 gross a. plus 12% Super plus Civil Liabilities Allowance
35 hours per week (Monday to Friday) with the option of flexitime
Located at Council Administration Building, Nowra

About The Role
Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality infrastructure projects that benefit the community? Shoalhaven Water is seeking a skilled and motivated professional to lead the planning and delivery of water capital works projects across the region.
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination, control, and completion of water capital projects from inception to commissioning. This includes managing project design, procurement, construction, and contract administration, while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, Council policies, and WHS standards.
Other Key Responsibilities Include
Plan and execute Shoalhaven Water's water capital works projects in compliance with Shoalhaven Water's PPM processes
Coordinate/undertake investigations, detailed designs, drafting and estimates of projects to assist in satisfactory completion of the capital works program
Actively engage in PPM project and process reviews and provide feedback/recommendations for improvement
Ensure projects produce the required products within the specified tolerances of time, cost, scope, benefits, and risk
Establish, maintain, and update project plans and compile progress reports
Preparation of tender documents, designs and specifications and assist in the tendering and tender assessment processes
Undertake project and contract management including contract administration to ensure compliance with specification and contract conditions. This includes inspections/audits and appropriate approvals are obtained, WAE drawing etc.

The advertised salary is based on the grade of the position, comprising of 4 steps within the range shown. The starting salary is at Step 1 within the grade. Progression through the salary steps shall be based upon the achievement of performance objectives relating to the position.
About You
Degree qualifications in Civil, Environmental or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification
Proof of Australian residency or citizenship, or authority to work in Australia (visa)
Current General Construction Induction card (WhiteCard), SafeWork
Class C Driver's Licence
Demonstrated experience in all facets of Project
Demonstrated experience in all facets of Contract Management and Contract Administration
