About the Role
The Sales Operations Team Leader is a pivotal leadership role and a clear step into broader operational and people leadership. Reporting closely to the Region Manager, this position owns the operational engine that underpins regional sales performance—translating strategy into execution and enabling teams to perform at their best.
You will lead and influence across sales, service, logistics, rentals, fleet and asset management, ensuring alignment, consistency, and operational excellence across the Western region. Beyond day-to-day delivery, this role plays a key part in shaping how the region operates—driving scalable processes, improving systems, and embedding a strong safety and performance culture.
This role is ideal for an experienced operations professional ready to step up, broaden their leadership impact, and operate as a trusted partner to senior regional leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary operations team, building capability, accountability, and a high-performance culture.
Own and optimise end-to-end sales operations, ensuring disciplined execution across the full sales delivery lifecycle.
Champion system and process maturity, driving D365 adoption, workflow optimisation, and reduction of administrative complexity.
Partner with the Region Manager on forecasting, planning, budgeting, and deal governance to support sustainable growth.
Deliver clear, timely performance insights through dashboards, reporting, data integrity reviews, and commercial analysis.
Provide regional leadership across logistics, rentals, fleet and asset management, ensuring operational readiness, compliance, and uptime.
Lead WHS governance for the region, including risk management, incident investigations, and proactive safety leadership.
Identify structural gaps and lead continuous improvement initiatives that elevate regional efficiency, capability, and results.
