About the role
Rebalance Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Refrigeration Technician/Electrician to join our team in Rockhampton, Queensland. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial and industrial refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
What you'll be doing
* Install, service, and repair a variety of refrigeration and HVAC equipment
* Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with refrigeration and air conditioning systems
* Perform planned and reactive maintenance on refrigeration and HVAC equipment
* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards
* Provide exceptional customer service to our diverse client base
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work undertaken
What we're looking for
* Trade qualification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, or Electrical
* Extensive experience (minimum 3 years) as a Refrigeration Technician or Electrician
* Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* A current driver's licence and the ability to travel to client sites as needed
