Vocal Coach — Aria Vocal Academy
Locations: Bentleigh East & Hawthorn
Contract Type: Subcontractor (set your own hours)
At Aria Vocal Academy, we're passionate about creating meaningful connections through music. Our mission is to pair each student with the right coach, ensuring lessons are personalised, technically strong, and emotionally engaging. Beyond the studio, our singers perform regularly across Melbourne at Aria-hosted gigs and events, giving students opportunities to grow both vocally and artistically.
About the Role
We're looking for a Vocal Coach to join our team. You'll teach one-on-one and small group lessons to students ranging from beginners to advanced singers. Lessons follow Aria's structured teaching methods—focusing on technique, placement, and confidence-building—while allowing you the freedom to add your own creative approach.
This role suits someone who enjoys working with people, communicates clearly, and takes pride in helping students progress.
As this is a subcontractor position, a level of self-accountability and business awareness is important. While Aria manages much of the administration and provides training and support, you'll be responsible for managing your own schedule, lesson preparation, and student communication. We're looking for someone who is confident in these areas or eager to develop them.
